Gave a fair assessment of vehicle I had a PPI preformed on. Showed knowledge and attention to detail concerning mechanical condition of the car.
Communicated well on arrival time and contacted me upon arrival at dealership. Very professional. Responded to specific questions I had while on site. I requested a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle in Illinois as I am located in SC and am relying heavily on his opinion in buying an used vehicle without being able to have a test drive or see it in person for myself to evaluate.
